Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every subscription, every quote and every use of AISEOPages, including the FAQ Tool and the Score Tool.

You accept these terms when you create an account or take out a subscription.

The customer's own terms do not apply, unless we have agreed to that in writing.

AISEOPages is for businesses only: webshops and other entrepreneurs. You take out the subscription for your business, not as a private individual.

Because you purchase as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply.

If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business.

Using AI, we automatically create pages for your webshop aimed at being found in Google and in AI search engines such as ChatGPT. There are four kinds: purchase-focused pages, trend articles, buying guides and FAQ pages.

Through a connection with your shop system (for example Lightspeed or WordPress) we publish these pages automatically, at the pace of your package.

Depending on your package you also get: keyword research, SEO and AEO scores, a comparison with competitors, measurement of your positions in Google and scans with the FAQ Tool.

Each package has a maximum number of pages per month. The largest package has 50 pages per month. This maximum is a deliberate choice to protect your webshop against Google penalties for too many new pages in a short time.

We may improve and change our service. If an important part of your package disappears, we will let you know in advance and you may cancel immediately.

Depending on your package, we create a data report for your webshop every month. We base that report on the orders in your webshop. It never contains exact figures and never any data about your customers. The report only goes online after you have approved it.

You give us access to your shop system through a connection, so that we can publish pages.

You give us accurate information about your webshop, products and target audience.

You keep your login details secret. Whatever happens under your account is your responsibility.

You do not use AISEOPages for anything unlawful, for example misleading texts, infringing the rights of others or attempting to break into our systems.

Our texts are created by AI. We check them automatically for quality, but AI can make mistakes, such as incorrect product information or an outdated fact.

The pages are on your webshop and you are the publisher. You therefore remain responsible for what is on your site. If you spot an error, let us know and we will fix it.

Where the law (such as the European AI Act) requires disclosure that a text was created with AI, you as the publisher are responsible for that. We will help you with this on request.

All prices on our website are in euros and EXCLUDE VAT.

VAT:

• Customers in the Netherlands pay 21% VAT on top of the price.
• Business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no Dutch VAT. The VAT is then reverse-charged to the customer (intra-community supply).
• For customers outside the EU we follow the applicable VAT rules.

You pay per calendar month, in advance. On the 1st of the month you receive the invoice for that month. Example: on 1 January you pay for January. If you start halfway through a month, you only pay for the remaining days of that first month. Example: if you start on 15 January, you pay for 15 to 31 January. From 1 February you pay the full monthly amount.

The payment term of an invoice is 14 days.

If you do not pay on time, we send a reminder. If payment still does not arrive, we may pause the service until payment is made. No new pages are created in the meantime.

We may change our prices. We will let you know by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Your subscription runs per calendar month and renews automatically every month.

You can cancel every month, through your dashboard or by email to info@aiseopages.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. Example: if you cancel on 10 March, your subscription runs until and including 31 March.

We do not refund part of a month.

You can upgrade to a higher package once you have been a customer for at least 30 days and there are enough suitable keywords for your webshop. The higher package takes effect immediately. For the rest of that month you only pay the difference, pro rata for the remaining days.

A downgrade to a lower package takes effect on the 1st of the following month.

We may end the subscription immediately if you seriously breach these terms, for example in case of abuse or if you do not pay after a reminder.

We measure these three guarantees with our own Score Tool and SERP analysis, at the moment the page is created.

If a page does not meet one of these guarantees, we do not publish it but create it again, at no extra cost.

If a page is not in the top 15 of Google for the main keyword 6 weeks after publication, we rewrite that page for free. We do this a maximum of 3 times per page. After each rewrite a new period of 6 weeks starts.

We measure this ourselves in the Google version of your webshop's country (for example google.nl for a Dutch shop).

A free new or rewritten page is the only remedy. You do not get money back.

They only apply if:

• your subscription is active and paid;
• the page is online unchanged, as we published it (so not edited, moved or retitled by you);
• the page can be seen and indexed by Google (not blocked, not deleted);
• your webshop has not received a Google penalty that was not caused by us.

Google and AI search engines decide for themselves how they rank pages. Beyond this article we do not promise any particular positions, visitors, revenue or sales.

We only change pages that we created ourselves. We leave your existing pages and products alone, unless you ask us otherwise.

We depend on the systems of others, such as Lightspeed, WordPress, Google and AI providers. If they change something or have an outage, our service may temporarily work less well. We are not liable for that, but we fix it as soon as possible.

We recommend that you regularly make a backup of your webshop yourself.

You may freely use the pages we create for you once they have been paid for.

If you cancel, the published pages simply stay on your webshop. We do not remove them.

The software, the platform, the method and the AISEOPages brand name remain ours.

If something goes wrong through our fault, we pay at most the amount of 3 months of subscription (the monthly amount of your package at that time, excluding VAT).

We are not liable for indirect damage. This includes lost revenue, lost profit, loss of positions in Google or damage to your reputation.

These limits do not apply if the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence of our management.

If you want to report damage, do so within 30 days after you discovered it, by email to info@aiseopages.com.

We do our best to keep AISEOPages available at all times, but cannot promise that it will never have an outage.

The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. For larger maintenance we let you know in advance.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement on our website.

For the data report we use data about the orders in your webshop. We use that data only to create your report.

Through the connection with your webshop and the data report we may come into contact with data about your customers. For that we conclude a data processing agreement with you, as required by the GDPR. It forms part of these terms.

We may change these terms. We will let you know about important changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

If you have a complaint, email info@aiseopages.com first. Together we will look for a solution within 30 days.

If that does not succeed, the competent court in the district where DAPO FASHION BV is established decides.

These terms also exist in Dutch and German. If the translations differ, the Dutch text prevails.
